IEC TC77 SC77C is a subcommittee of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Technical Committee (TC) 77 on Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). The subcommittee develops international standards addressing high-power electromagnetic transient phenomena, including high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP), high-power electromagnetic (HPEM) environments, and related protection and test methods for electrical and electronic systems.

IEC TC77 SC77C Project Meetings will be held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, on 27–28 June 2026, immediately prior to the GlobalEM 2026 Conference.

The meetings will take place at Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae, located near Yonsei University, the venue of GlobalEM 2026 (29 June – 3 July 2026).

Participants attending both the IEC TC77 SC77C Project Meetings and GlobalEM 2026 will benefit from the close proximity of the meeting venue to the conference site.
