The GlobalEM 2026 Organizing Committee invites proposals for Special Sessions that address specific, high-interest topics related to High-Power Electromagnetics (HPEM) and Electromagnetic Security Technologies.
Areas of interest include (but are not limited to) electromagnetic pulse (EMP) and intentional electromagnetic interference (IEMI), protection and hardening technologies, high-power microwave (HPM) sources and effects, electromagnetic modeling and measurements, standards and testing, resilience of critical infrastructures, and emerging applications in defense, communications, transportation, and energy systems.

- Expected Number of Speakers and Tentative Topics (a list of possible speakers is encouraged)
- Organizer Information (name, affiliation, and contact details)
- Any Additional Information or Special Requests
The proposal should clearly describe the category, objective, originality, and timeliness of the session, as well as its expected impact on the HPEM and electromagnetic security communities.

Due to limited session capacity, not all proposals can be accepted.
Authors in the accepted Special Sessions must submit their full papers through the conference submission system.
All submitted papers will undergo peer review by experts in the field, and accepted papers will be included in the GlobalEM 2026 proceedings.
Detailed information on paper submission deadlines, notifications, and camera-ready requirements will be announced on the conference website.
